Psychotherapy for older adolescents and adults
We will work together to clarify your personal values and to articulate your goals for therapy. I provide support and feedback as clients explore goals related to relationships, career, self-image, identity, or health, among many others. This often means taking a compassionate look at life events and patterns of behavior that limit personal progress.
I combine elements from a variety of evidenced-based therapies in my practice. Evidence-based therapies are therapeutic models and techniques that have been proven to be effective through intensive research. Based on each person’s individual needs and goals, I draw from the following therapeutic modalities during our work together:
